ABOUT OLEG MUKHANOV

I've built my career on a deep curiosity for the systems that shape our world, a journey that has been anything but linear. It began with a foundation in law in Russia , which evolved into a focus on management at Warwick Business School and ultimately led me to the centers of global finance and technology through my MBA at Columbia and London Business Schools. This diverse academic path taught me to appreciate challenges from every angle—legal, strategic, and financial.

 

This passion for deep learning is a core part of who I am, extending far beyond my professional life. I believe the principles of mastery are universal, whether it’s the precision required to earn a Private Pilot’s License , the discipline of coaching as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer , or the patient strategy of an amateur golfer. This commitment to lifelong learning is why I pursued certifications from CIMA to Salesforce and even WSET for wine - and much more. These pursuits are not separate from my professional life; they are integral to it. They have reinforced my approach to investing with a blend of analytical rigor, disciplined execution, and a long-term perspective.

Ultimately, what drives me is the opportunity to help others build and grow. It’s a principle I’ve put into practice for years, whether mentoring MBA students at my alma mater or advising growing businesses and ventures. Fluent in English and Russian with an intermediate command of Spanish, my perspective is inherently global, shaped by experiences across 50+ of countries. I stand for continuous growth—in business, in people, and in myself.
